Rick is currently working on an independent film entitled The Ghost Army, a World War II story of art and deception. His most recent full-length documentary project, Revolution in Boston, appeared on The History Channel in September 2007. Other documentary credits include Godspeed to Jamestown, Secrets of Jamestown, The Wright Challenge (winner of a Parents Choice Award) and The Patent Files. He has also made short films for historic sites including Mount Vernon, Historic Jamestowne, The Old State House in Boston, and the Lexington Historical Society. From 1998 to 2003, Rick was the Executive Producer of the Smash Entertainment Group. Projects there included theTimelab 2000 history minutes hosted by Sam Waterston, and the A&E documentary series Meet the Royals. |

Rick is the author of The Greatest Stories Never Told, The Greatest War Stories Never Told, and The Greatest Presidential Stories Never Told, all published by Harper Collins. THe is currently working on a fourth book in the series, The Greatest Eureka! Stories Never Told. He has also worked as a radio reporter, a TV news producer, a creative director for Smash Advertising, and a janitor (not in that order). A 1978 graduate of Dartmouth College, Rick currently lives in Lexington, Massachusetts with his wife (see above) and two children. A brief note about awards. We have a shelf of them, but most of the labels have fallen off so we no longer remember just what it was we won them for. |
